HOUSE OF MARVEE SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for ordering with House of Marvee. We take great care to ensure your custom garment reaches you safely and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping terms below before placing your order.

Order Processing

All garments are made to order. Production begins once full payment or a seventy-five percent (75%) non-refundable deposit has been confirmed. Production timelines vary between 8–24 weeks, depending on garment type, complexity, and design approvals.

Shipping Options

  • Shipping costs, delivery confirmation, customs taxes, and insurance are not included in your invoice unless specifically requested and paid for in advance.

  • We recommend selecting a reliable, trackable courier service and purchasing additional insurance coverage for your shipment.

  • Express shipping is available upon request and will be billed separately.

Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated delivery times depend on your location and preferred courier service.

  • For wedding and special occasion garments, we recommend ordering at least 4–6 months before your event date to allow for fittings, alterations, and final delivery.

  • House of Marvee is not responsible for courier delays, customs holds, or damages caused during transit.

International Orders

  • Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the client.

  • Please confirm local customs requirements before your order is shipped.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or your preferred contact method. Please ensure your shipping address, email, and phone number are accurate when placing your order.
