RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

HOUSE OF MARVEE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Each garment produced by House of Marvee is custom-made, designed, and hand-crafted specifically for you. As such, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

  • Due to the custom nature of our garments, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.

  • Payments (full or deposit) are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Design & Fit

  • Clients are required to review and approve all design sketches, fabrics, and measurements before production begins.

  • We encourage clients to attend all fitting appointments for best results.

  • House of Marvee will not be responsible for fit issues if fittings are missed, measurements are self-submitted, or the client chooses not to attend scheduled sessions.

Alterations

  • Alterations requested after garment completion or delivery are available at an additional cost starting from USD 200 or its Naira equivalent.

  • Alterations are the client’s responsibility once the garment has left our atelier.

Damaged or Faulty Garments

  • If there is a manufacturing defect (not caused by incorrect measurements or client handling), please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Our team will assess the issue and determine a suitable resolution.
